Job Title: Investor Relations & Ratings Associate

A leading financial services organization is seeking a high-performing Associate, Investor Relations & Ratings to join its Corporate Finance team. This position plays a critical role in supporting external communications with institutional investors and credit rating agencies, while also providing financial insight and analysis to senior leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a background in investor relations, credit analysis, capital markets, or corporate finance to join a collaborative, high-exposure team operating at the center of financial strategy and external engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development of investor-facing materials, including earnings presentations, rating agency communications, and other strategic disclosures
Coordinate and contribute to the credit rating process, preparing data-driven analyses and presentations for rating agency reviews
Conduct financial analysis, peer benchmarking, and capital markets research to support messaging and inform leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Treasury, and Strategy to align on external positioning and financial narratives
Manage and maintain data and reporting systems that support accurate and timely communications with external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, credit/rating agencies, FP&A, or corporate finance
Proficient in financial modeling and financial statement analysis
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build clean, executive-ready materials
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with an ability to distill complex financial topics into concise messages
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working at or engaging with a credit rating agency (e.g., Moody's, S&P, Fitch)
Familiarity with the insurance or broader financial services sector
Experience using Capital IQ (CapIQ) or similar financial data platforms
