A market leading global provider of Insurance/Reinsurance throughout Property & Casualty products is looking for a proactive and self-starting individual to join their Learning & Development Division.
The successful applicant would be working to support process and technology change across multiple lines of business in multiple locations of the organisation's reach.
Furthermore, you would be responsible for designing and delivering an effective training strategy; outlining key processes, tools and controls to function effectively.
The successful applicant must be proficient in stakeholder engagement across multiple functions, with a proactive and motivated approach to delivering end-to-end training curriculum.
