Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Job Type: Full time (80% - 100%)

We've partnered with an innovative and international company that is now looking for an IT Support Specialist to strengthen their internal technical support team. This role focuses on Windows and Microsoft 365 environments and offers the opportunity to work within a motivated and forward-thinking team.
Your main task:
- Act as the initial point of contact for internal IT issues, ensuring accurate documentation, analysis, and escalation of technical requests
- Provide hands-on support and maintenance for user accounts, workplace devices, and a range of office software
- Help streamline and automate service desk operations and ensure smooth IT infrastructure performance
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest relevant improvements
- Work collaboratively with the team to manage a range of IT tools, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Atlassian products, and monitoring solutions
- Oversee equipment storage and ensure asset inventory is well-maintained
- Offer training and assistance to staff on everyday IT tools and processes
Requirements:
- Foundational experience in IT support or system administration (e.g., Windows OS, Microsoft 365, automation tools, user account management)
- Eagerness to learn and take on new technical challenges
- Strong organizational skills to manage time and tasks effectively
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle technical problems creatively and independently
- Dependable, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural workplace and communicate well across different professional backgrounds
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
