Responsibilities:
- Handle L1 support for issues relating to call server, firewall, VPN, network status etc
- Maintain / monitor antivirus updates, internet performance, CCTV cameras etc
- Handle configuration of laptops, software, email and printers
- Maintain IT inventory
- Liaise with vendors for IT services
- Handle IT audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- Relevant experience in IT support
