Oliver James' leading consultancy client is looking for a strong IT Support Lead to own the Service Delivery, IT Support, AV and Networking solutions across the UK, Ireland and Emerging Markets.

Key Skills Needed:

• Previous experience in managing an IT Support Team
• Previous experience in being responsible for escalations at a third line level
• Strong stakeholder management skills to communicate effectively with different areas of the business
• Strong customer service skills
