As the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you'll oversee our forecasting and financial planning activities, providing extensive business partnering and financial support to our Life Insurance and Investment teams. Your team, comprised of forward thinkers, will analyze internal and external factors to drive innovative business strategies, question assumptions, and produce actionable insights that promote profitability and expansion.

  • Reviews and authorizes recommendations concerning financial planning and budgets.
  • Cultivates and sustains cross-functional relationships with pivotal business partners.
  • Influences decision-makers through articulate verbal and written communication, crafting persuasive presentations to enhance business decision-making.
  • Oversees forecasting processes, encompassing quarterly forecasts and scenario modeling.
  • Constructs comprehensive financial models to assess strategic priorities and alternatives.
  • Enhances forecast accuracy and efficiency by automating processes, reducing time requirements.
  • Supervises the implementation and upkeep of disaster recovery plans and operations within designated areas. Maintains up-to-date contact details for all personnel in relevant areas and communicates with non-recovery staff during disasters.
  • Encourages a culture of utmost commitment among our workforce, promoting transparent communication about business challenges, accomplishments, and outcomes.
