Our client, a prominent player in the Insurance industry, is actively seeking to expand their Finance department by recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst. This organization is well-known for its robust financial foundation and commitment to innovative insurance solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial planning and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform statutory reporting and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Assist in GAAP consolidations and prepare related financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights necessary for accurate analyses.
• Support the financial reporting process by verifying data accuracy and consistency.

• Proficient in statutory reporting and GAAP consolidations.
• Minimum 2yrs of professional experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Combination of both Budgeting and Forecasting understanding and skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
• Ability to interpret and implement Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to engage effectively across departments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
