Oliver James are currently partnered with a charity based in Bristol in their search for a Workday Product Owner.
The purpose of this role is to oversee the development and management of the Workday modules which currently will include Recruitment, HCM, Talent, Performance & Disciplinary, Financials, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, Scheduling and Time Tracking.
You will be creating a roadmap in line with the company's strategy, responsible for the development and success of the Workday modules - working closely with cross-functional teams and 3rd parties to ensure the product meets the business goals.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2+ years experience in the Workday eco-system, with experience leading teams.
This role will be mostly remote, however, when required - you will need to be able to attend the office for workshops, go-lives, certain phases of the implementation, etc. Therefore, you will need to be in commutable distance from the Bristol office.
