We are looking for a Statistical Analyst for our client in the Health Sector based in Leuven.

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Statistical Analyst to join our team of researchers and analysts. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights into healthcare trends and outcomes. This position will work closely with researchers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret large and complex healthcare data sets using statistical methods and software
  • Develop and maintain statistical models to identify trends and predict outcomes
  • Collaborate with research teams to design studies and experiments, and provide statistical support throughout the research process
  • Prepare and present reports and visualizations of data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in healthcare data analytics and provide recommendations for improving analytical capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in statistical analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Experience with SAS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
