Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a Senior D&O Claims Specialist to join their Claims department. This is a permanent job position with opportunities for career growth and development in the insurance industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and settle complex Directors & Officers (D&O) insurance claims
• Review policy coverage and determine claim validity
• Negotiate settlements with insured parties or claimants
• Provide guidance and support to junior claims analysts
• Analyse claim trends and make recommendations for process improvements

Key Skills:

• Experience in handling Directors & Officers insurance claims
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in claim assessments
• 3-7 years of experience handling D&O, and/or Professional Liability claims.
