Production Specialist - IT Department
I am working with a leading speciality insurance organisation who are looking for a Production specialist to come and join them. The aim of this role is to manage the estate of Commercial OFF the Shelf applications used within the organisation. They are looking for someone to liaise with the vendors and development teams on change, making sure applications remain in compliance with patching and performance standards.
As a Production Specialist you will be working with 3rd party applications communicating with large vendors fixing applications, ie Teams or Citrix. In the organisation if there is an application issue that cannot be fixed by the service desk analyst, it then needs to get escalated, however as it stands there is no escalation point. They are looking for someone to act as an escalation point, liaising with technology and the business, understanding and prioritising issues, previously this would have been outsourced.
In order to be considered for this role you must have -
- Experience working with off the shelf applications.
- Experience working with 3rd part vendors
- Ideally insurance or wider FS experience
This role is based in London, they would like someone in site 3 days a week.
