Business Support Management Associate - Tier 1 Bank

Job Responsibilities
- Support on/off-boarding processes such as verification checks, and technology management ( hardware, applications, market data)
- Conduct various controls including consecutive leave and physical access management
- Lision and coordinate the implementation of firmwide policies and changes in strategy
- Assist in space planning, move management and location strategy
- Maintain accuracy of headcount projections used in space planning
- Analyze, consolidate and summarize data for presentation
- Resolve daily operation issues
- Handle requests from business related to technology, real estate, resource allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Minimum of 3 years of experience on office/business management in investment bank
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Role modelling teamwork, collaboration. Identify and resolve issues on a timely manner.
- Service oriented - Positive and forward thinking.
- Operational excellence - continually look for improvement and take ownership for responsibilities assigned.
- Highly motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong time management/ multitasking
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
