Oversee the organisation of both virtual and in-person events, coordinating logistics with internal teams and third-party vendors.
Design and continuously improve marketing programs - including email campaigns, sales materials, and digital content to align with key business goals.
Draft, edit, and disseminate press releases to support brand awareness and company announcements.
Develop both digital and print marketing materials, from concept through to final delivery.
Partner with colleagues across departments and external agencies to produce impactful thought leadership pieces.
Perform market analysis to inform product strategy and identify emerging trends.
Handle the marketing budget, track spending, and provide regular reporting on key performance metrics.
Foster an inclusive and supportive work culture that values diversity and belonging.
Lead and inspire a results-driven marketing team with a strong focus on people development and well-being.
Essential Requirements:
Over eight years of practical marketing experience, ideally within a B2B setting.
Proven track record in planning and executing customer-facing events.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, with hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and oversight of third-party agencies and partners.
Skilled in engaging with senior-level stakeholders, demonstrating accountability, clear communication, and proactive ownership of initiatives.
