Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions using IBM Business Process Manager (BPM).
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable applications using IBM BPM and related technologies.
- Integrate IBM BPM solutions with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to coding best practices and project deadlines.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Back End Developer, Front End Developer, or Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience in integrating BPM solutions with external systems and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
