I am working with a nationally recognized commercial insurance carrier on a brand new Litigation Counsel opening.

This position will sit on the legal team, report in to the Associate General Counsel, and you will partner and work closely with the attorneys in the claims department and give counsel and advice on complex coverage issues and litigation strategy.

They are looking for an attorney with a strong litigation and coverage background across multiple lines of business - casualty, property, E&O, D&O or Specialty. This person could be an attorney currently at a firm looking for an in house move or somebody who is already sitting in house and counseling on coverage and litigation at a carrier.

The position is based in NYC on a 4 days in office, 1 day remote schedule and the budget is $150-175K + package.
