What You'll Do:

• Lead IAM Processes: Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge IAM processes that enhance security and streamline operations.
• Onboard with Precision: Ensure seamless onboarding for new users by configuring access in line with best practices.
• Technical Mastery: Dive deep into Microsoft IAM tools (Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS) and leverage your technical prowess to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
• Elevate Security: Utilize CyberArk to safeguard privileged access and contribute to a robust security framework.
• Innovate with Scripting: Bring your PowerShell and SQL skills to the table, creating efficient scripts that keep our systems running smoothly.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside diverse, talented teams to ensure IAM solutions are seamlessly integrated.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in IAM roles with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS, CyberArk, PowerShell, and SQL databases.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Dutch or French (conversational Dutch is a big plus)
• Problem-Solving: A sharp analytical mind and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
