Senior Systems Engineer - Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Location: Zurich Area (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a leading Swiss university to hire a Systems Engineer - IAM to contribute within a dynamic, agile ICT environment.
Your Role
Manage and improve the IAM system and related infrastructure
Integrate software solutions and manage interfaces with stakeholders
Provide 2nd level support and coordinate 3rd level support as needed
Support security initiatives and assist IAM consultants in design and implementation
Offer technical consulting and collaborate with agile teams and business stakeholders
Your Profile
Degree or advanced training in IT or related field preferred
Experience as a systems engineer or similar role
Basic IAM experience and eagerness to learn more
Interest in IT security and team collaboration
Experience with directory services and scripting (PowerShell, Python) a plus
Strong analytical skills and clear communication in German and English
