Head of Digital Delivery - Hybrid - Up to £150,000
We're looking for an Head of Digital Delivery to join a an innovative, market-leading insurance company. Working closely with all the senior leadership to determine strategic priorities and lead major programmes and manage teams delivering process improvements.
Our client has been continuously digitising their business, this role will enable the delivery of new digital services, with their digital transformation portfolio you will have the autonomy to re-engineer the business end to end, accelerating their development and innovation.
In this position you will have the autonomy to imbed new solutions in a huge digitalised business.
Working on large scale migration projects, our client is looking for someone who has extensive experience working end-to-end business transformations and experience in Salesforce.
What you'll be doing:
- Responsibility for clear Digital portfolio target outcomes and delivery objectives, aligned to the strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Proactively drive collaboration across all relevant stakeholders to shape, agree and review business cases and high-level portfolio delivery estimates
- Planning design and delivery activities in line with hybrid change framework, facilitating collaboration across the business, technology and operational teams
- Leading, developing and empowering the Digital portfolio delivery team on both a direct and matrix management basis to support delivery of initiatives
- Ensuring portfolio activities are appropriately directed and resourced to delivery outputs aligned to value, quality, time and budget requirements
- Providing actionable progress, status, cost and outcome reporting enabling business decisions and ensuring adherence to governance criteria.
- Managing key portfolio stakeholders and ensuring effective engagement at all levels.
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record delivering successful data, digital and technology change and transformation in particular using a package-based solution
- Practical experience using a mix of delivery frameworks and change methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Understanding of digital technologies and platforms including experience working with Salesforce
- Solid delivery, budgeting, and resource planning skills
- Successful project and programme delivery of large, complex technical transformation programmes and portfolios through to benefits realisation
- Ability to challenge the status quo constructively within a matrix management structure including commercial management of third parties
- Excellent change leadership capabilities; able to maximise engagement and performance across teams via coaching and mentoring
