FUNCTIONAL HELDESK - AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY - JUNIORS WELCOME - WALLOON BRABANT

For our client, a multinational giant in the automotive sector, we are looking for a talented Functional Helpdesk Agent.

🔻 Are you looking for a new learning opportunity in a company that helps you grow? Our client is offering trainings and support throughout the learning curve. Juniors are more than welcome!

🔻 Do you favour interpersonal contact? In this job, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Through your expertise, you will help them navigate any problems linked to applications.

🔻 Is work-life balance important to you? You will get 2 days of homeworking at least! Moreover, forget about traffic jams. Our client is situated outside of Brussels! 😉

Functional Helpdesk Agent - The job

  • You have perfect command of the applications so you can provide the right information to end users
  • You handle the questions from end users by phone and which come in via the portal
  • You process the recurring questions into procedures, manuals,....
  • You proactively contact the customer to report on releases and updates
  • You are willing to take on a large portion of self-study and learning by doing based on real-life cases
  • You have the necessary communication skills to communicate smoothly (by phone) both within the team and to customers

Functional Helpdesk Agent - The profile

  • Strong communicator and able to guide customers in simple and constructive language
  • Assertive and eager to learn - Bilingual, both written and spoken
  • You have strong application skills and strong analytical thinking.
  • By nature someone who wants to help people with a lot of patience
  • You have a critical view, a healthy dose of intelligence and the necessary accuracy
  • You can handle pressure well and have a large dose of independence
  • Hours: Mon - Fri (08 - 17h or 09h - 18h), Saturday shift (8h - 16h) every 4/5 weeks (free to choose day off in the week)
  • 3 days remote working / 2 days on-site
