Digital Learning & Platform Solution, Senior Manager/Director

About the Department :

This department supports distribution, improvement and technology in cooperation and usage with a human-centric approach. There are currently 40 people in the department, in which 15 of them are dedicated to support core functions such as product & proposition, human design, customer experience and digital marketing.

About the Position:

  1. Build the mobile-based learning platform to support delivery of personalized learning journeys to all distribution channels, local business units and our distribution partners
  2. Ensure integration and implementation of mobile-based personalized learning platforms in the LBUs 3. Establish and set clear KPIs for platform / tools delivery that link to implementation in LBUs
  3. Enhance digital learning tools / platforms e.g., SharePoint / Playbook

Role & Responsibility:

  1. Lead the development of mobile-based personalized learning + integrated supporting tools e.g., playbooks, digital tools, etc.
  2. Drive digital learning initiatives across Distribution channels, individual and group businesses to uplift people capabilities
  3. Focus on learning analytics to create and measure personalized learning journeys and activities generated by new behaviors
  4. Support the development and delivery of hybrid in-person / virtual and online learning programmes

Job Requirement :

  1. University / College graduate or equivalent - 8+ years relevant experience in e-learning, digital learning solutions, instructional design
  2. Experience and knowledge in development of Learning Management System / Mobile Learning Platform
  3. Experience in developing e-learning modules and using digital learning software like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, SCORM, HTML 5, etc.
  4. Knowledge of and experience with e-learning content standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI)
  5. Tech-savvy; comfortable diagnosing and solving technical problems (e.g., using Chrome Developer Tools, editing HTML and JavaScript, etc.)
  6. Experience in scoping, developing, and implementing digital learning solutions.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
