Your Role
As a Digital Design Team Leader, your primary focus will be on defining and delivering digital solutions for our clients. You'll gather feedback using wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups, and turn great ideas into tangible prototypes such as mobile app mock ups, mini-landing pages, website mock ups, animated storyboards, and UX/UI projects. Your passion for designing visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for banners, mailings, websites, and mobile apps will be essential.
You will ensure accessibility and adherence to the highest standards of usability, as well as web and mobile responsiveness throughout the design process. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with project managers, designers, marketing managers, the creative director, and the art director to bring our vision to life. You will lead a small team and report directly to the Head of Creative Studio.
What You Bring
- A Sharp Eye and Strong Sense of Design: You have an exceptional eye for typography, color theory, and layout, bringing digital products to life.
- Expertise in UX Research, Design, and Development: You possess in-depth knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You can articulate design decisions and their rationales to stakeholders effectively.
- Empathetic People Management: You are a supportive leader who embraces coaching responsibilities.
- Independent and Multitasking Ability: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously with a positive attitude and reliability.
- Dutch Speaker & FR OR English
- Up-to-Date with Trends: You stay informed about the latest design trends, digital tools, and technologies, and can incorporate feedback to refine your designs.
