I have partnered with a large end user organisation looking for a Lead CRM Business Analyst with experience in D365.

This role offers an outstanding opportunity to join a business at a key moment in its growth and evolution of its systems landscape. The skills that you bring will allow you to play important roles on multiple enterprise-wide projects, including the integration of new businesses. Additionally, there is a rich digital transformation portfolio of business improvement projects, including the evolution of customer portals and mobile apps.

Your role will require you to find ways to use technology to continuously improve customer service and operational efficiency. You will lead the gathering of requirements, writing process and functional design specifications, and working with the development team to deliver solutions. You will engage with end users, drive new ideas through to completion, and support the day-to-day running of key IS systems.

Success in this role will require:

• Leading the delivery of work across a range of project portfolios.
• Gathering requirements, preparing functional and process design documents, providing support to developers, preparing acceptance test scripts and data, executing acceptance tests, and supporting end-user training and acceptance testing.
• Analysing business process models to identify opportunities for operational efficiency's.
• Working with data analysis tools to provide business insights.
• Working with stakeholders to identify needs, propose solutions, evaluate changes, and manage expectations.
• Delivering end-user training to support the successful adoption of system changes

You must have:

• At least 3 year's experience in a business or systems analyst role
• Experience leading analysis for medium to large scale projects
• Experience with data migration projects
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another enterprise system
• Experience with Power Apps, web technologies, and mobile apps
• Exposure to insurance or engineering services industries
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and organisational skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and respond to changing priorities
