Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Design and configure D365 CRM/CE and Field Service solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients on system usage and optimisation.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos for end-users and stakeholders.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to D365 CRM/CE and Field Service.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in D365 CRM/CE and Field Service applications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in implementing and supporting D365 CRM/CE and Field Service solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Proficiency in configuring and customising D365 CRM/CE and Field Service applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.
- Relevant certifications in D365 CRM/CE and Field Service (preferred).
