BPO Contract Governance Analyst - Hybrid/ London - Insurance - £600+ (inside IR35) - 12 months

Do you have experience in contractual requirements for reporting, service management and resourcing aligning obligations with 3rd Party suppliers. While supporting 'Head of' ensuring stakeholder management and governance operates effectively with timely meetings and sharp, insightful presentations/communication on the performance of the account.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of Third Party BPO contract structures and provisions.
• Proficient in MS Office applications effectively e.g., Excel and other departmental software packages.
• Able to produce MI and detailed reports at various levels
• Ability to analyse data and use for decision-making.
• Proven and demonstrated Insurance (London market) Industry knowledge.
