- Own the New Business submissions, pre-sales and after sales support, to ensure prompt approval of applications
- Project sales inflow and monitor sales progress
- Estimate and control departmental budget and expense
- Work closely with marketing teams and bank partner to develop and execute partnership promotion, customer campaigns and customer events
- Ensure smooth operations with external and internal parties including channel services & supports, premium collection, compensation payment, policy servicing, etc
- Set up new guideline, operations process and/or drive related initiatives to meet the needs of the business
- Continuously review workflow to streamline and shorten TAT in order to uplift service level and efficiency
- Support and assist direct manager on ad-hoc assignments
- Consolidate important notes/information and manage the related library
Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 8 years' of relevant experience including at least 2 years in people management
- Knowledge in Universal Life is a must
- With Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 & 5 license preferred.
- Good spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Literacy in PC
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
