About the Role:
As an Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. You will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of our systems and identifying areas for improvement. You will also lead the audits and collaborate with internal departments to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audit programs and procedures to assess the effectiveness of our systems and identify risks.
- Perform financial audits and prepare audit reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and provide support to auditors.
- Assess the effectiveness of the internal control environment and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- ACCA title or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably at a Big 4 accounting firm or a comparable fintech company.
- Experience in auditing financial services or fintech.
- Excellent proficiency in English and preferably Dutch, both orally and in writing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders at different levels.
