Our client is a rapidly growing speciality lines P&C insurance company looking to add a Vice President to the financial reporting team

• Lead the financial reporting function within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and maintain a thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Manage regulatory reporting processes, including Property & Casualty Regulatory Reporting and NAIC reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and provide guidance on potential implications of business decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory frameworks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional growth.
