We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of a wide range of life insurance products, sales methods, customer service processes, and trends in digital technologies. The role involves independently analysing and solving large, complicated issues across the business.
This role will be with a MNC insurance client located in Hong Kong.
- Analyse sales and customer service processes from start to finish across different engagement channels
- Pinpoint process inefficiencies and areas for digitisation, automation, or enhancement
- Elicit business and user requirements through workshops and analysis
- Create prioritised product backlog of features based on business value
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Verify completeness and quality of requirements
- Support Agile teams by owning a backlog section and assisting with sprints
- Facilitate communication between business and development teams
- Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, engineering, or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, business analytic
- Experience in managing digital project, life operations
- Agile Certified/Scrum Master is an advantage
- Collaborative mindset and Good communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
