Our Hedge Fund Services client is seeking to hire a Transfer Agency Assistant Manager for their Dublin 2 based offices.

Core Responsibilities

  • Working closely with and supporting the Vice President and Supervisors
  • Manage the Transfer Agency day to day operational processes and deliveries for allocated clients from pre-launch to liquidation
  • Project manage and provide technical expertise for the set-up of new business, including preparation and implementation of processes and procedures
  • Ensure co-ordination and monitoring the daily workflow among team members and performing regular spot checks
  • Effectively manage and coordinate complex client and investor queries with internal and external parties where required
  • Ensure that all procedures and checklists are being adhered to within the team and updating and enhancing procedures where appropriate
  • Manage and maintain client relationships by working closely with the client and internal departments on, proposals or developments, issues, attending client visits when required and ensuring SLA's are met
  • Ensuring that all AML requirements are adhered to and completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Co-ordinate and contribute to Project work within and involving the Department including IT and system development
  • Prepare and compile Key Performance Indicators for the team, and to identify areas of improvement or development
  • Contribute to and ensuring that the group Business Continuity Plan is current and participate in regular group tests
  • Managing staff: to give leadership in the department, to provide and coordinate training within the team utilising the training department, coaching and mentoring staff. Foster team work, ensure appropriate delegation in place and, to manage and contribute to the appraisal process , staff development and Team motivation / Strive towards continuous improvement through regular reviews of the teams processes and checklists
  • To be actively involved with the Recruitment Process

The ideal candidate will likely have:

- Previous Transfer Agency Supervisory experience
