** Training & Adoption Business Lead - Financial services or Insurance Trainer - Insurance - London Market - General Insurance or Wider financial services- Remote working/2-3 days in London - 6-month Contract **

A leading business based in the heart of the City, is looking for a Training & Adoption Business Lead to come in and develop & maintain a training Strategy to facilitate the delivery of effective training across multiple locations. You will look at developing and maintaining a centralised communication site to house all training related materials & communication which will include corporate tools such as SharePoint and WebEx. You will develop training methods and mainly looking at Cataloguing all training materials and ensuring their availability to stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to deliver the 'end-to-end' training programs, to support Change Projects, IT Maintenance Releases or new staff induction, both in-person and remotely, for core underwriting tools.

The ideal candidate will need to be an experienced training & adoption business lead/ trainer/ training manager for at least 5 years. You will also need offer strong track record in the delivery of comprehensive training programs across insurance or wider financial services.
