I am currently recruiting for a third party claims handler for one of my well established Insurance clients in the city of Newcastle (2 days per week in the office).

The role will entail:

- responding to claims within strict timescales.

- Maintain claims caseload.

- Making investigations, decisions, negotiating, evaluating and settling claims.

- Being a strong communicator.

The candidate should have:

- Motor claims or third party experience dealing with personal injury.

- Experience of MOJ / OIC portal protocols.

- Be a strong, personable communicator and a decision maker.
