I have partnered with a well established client in Geneva to support them in finding a contract Test Manager. In this role you will be responsible for a scope of the bank's processes and related testing activity and organise and supervise test campaigns (Sprints Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and ensure the test coverage of each release

My client requires you to be onsite 3 days a week, and offers 2 days remote.

Here are the details:

• Location: Geneva (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Industry: Financial Services
• Languages: French & English
• Initial Duration: 12 months +

Experience Required:

• 3+ years experience as a Test Manager
• prior banking or insurance experience
• Good overall understanding of application such as Core Banking System, CRM, CLM,
• Strong dive and communication skills, hands-on approach. High capacity to handle stress, results driven;
• Fluent in French and English.
