Test Manager - The Job

As part of an agile and dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to take an active role in the company's development.

For this job:

• You will check the completeness of requirements.
• You will define the test strategy and describe test scenarios to be executed.
• You will coordinate test execution by (internal & external) teams and prepare test cases to be further automated.
• You will transversally define and deploy standardized methodology, governance, and processes to build a strong and reliable testing capability.
• You will manage testing professionals and oversee the development and execution of test strategies.
• You will ensure that our products meet high-quality standards.

Test Manager - The Profile

What we ask of you:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a testing or quality assurance environment, in test management & test methodology.
• You have a strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and automation.
• You have knowledge of the technical application landscape (at least for one domain) and at least a basic understanding of IT platforms, technology solutions, IT (development) standards, and software development lifecycle models.
• You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• You have a very good knowledge of French, English, and Dutch. You can adapt to the languages spoken by different people.
• You are a dynamic and open-minded person.
