A global financial services organisation based in Hong Kong, is looking for a regional category lead to drive cost savings across the IT and Technology spend areas in APAC.

Our client is a leading Financial Institution with regional offices based in Hong Kong. An opportunity has arisen for a IT/Technology Sourcing Director to help steer the groups procurement spend within this category across APAC. The role will cover all major spend areas with IT, including but not limited to Infrastructure, Software, Hardware and Cloud services. You will be responsible for managing and onboarding new Vendors, conduct due diligence and demonstrate strong negotiation skills, in reducing cost yet improving service delivery to the company. In addition you will need excellent communication skills to work closely with internal stakeholders, in order to build out capability and meet expectations of the Group.
