We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a reputable & technology-leading business based in London.
Currently going through a large transformation towards Agile & DevOps they need a Technology centric Service Delivery Manager to join this proactive & collaborative function
You'd be taking responsibility over the delivery activities through the collaboration with the snr management team, making sure that all risks are understood & due diligence is done. You'll gather & report on key performance metrics with a strong mentality on optimising & continuous service improvement
Key Responsibilities
- To work with the team to define & implement appropriate governance & release processes as part of the Tech & Ops department transformation
- To ensure that all relevant considerations & requirements of the AWS based infrastructure are accounted for in how the business operates software releases
- Be flexible, applying the right processes and adopting appropriate approaches as required - Agile and ITIL
- Monitor & manage the risks for the Technology & Operations department, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective mitigation plans are in place. Supporting the Head of InfoSec with the maintenance & documentation of security policies
- Make sure all appropriate policies are followed by the team
We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology delivery and that can help drive delivery in a fast paced environment. Striving for continuous improvements without impacting critical business activity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a role where you will have full autonomy to drive forwards change , with an appreciation for both Agile & ITIL
Operating a hybrid approach, you much be a commutable distance from their London offices for 1-2 days a week
