I am currently working with a MNC Insurance company for multiple Tech Lead and Delivery Manager Position. We are looking for seasoned candidate with strong Management experience and ability to review codes. This role is a contract role, initial contract of 12 months and highly extendable.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead the development team in Backend and Frontend application development using Java, J2EE, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS (preferred).
Design and optimize databases, implement APIs, web services, and micro-services using REST/JSON and micro-service design patterns.
Utilize Angular, JavaScript, and CSS to create intuitive UI/UX designs.
Conduct unit testing, work in continuous integration environments, and ensure code quality.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and overseas teams, adapting to dynamic requirements.
Take responsibility for development design, including system architecture and software design patterns.
Mentor and guide team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Work with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube for version control, continuous integration, artifact repository management, and code quality analysis.
Ensure technical design can meet business requirements
Coach developers and review technical deliverables
Design solution to support residual business processes and required system integration, and ensure system developed meets business and technical requirements from end-to-end
Support system integration according to the data interface specification
Prepare technical related materials and development Standard, support SIT, UAT, etc.
Lead developers to deliver system to meet business requirements
Review developer's key deliverables

Requirements:

Solid experience in Java, J2EE, Kubernetes, Docker, preferably on AWS.
Strong understanding of collections frameworks and their application in Java development.
Proven experience in developing APIs, web services using REST/JSON, and micro-service design patterns.
Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, and MVC frameworks.
Hands-on experience with unit testing, continuous integration, and Agile development.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements.J13
Swagger & API design, Java, Springboot, Hibernate, SQL DB, RESTful API design on Swagger, Light4J experience
F/E: Design pattern, Javascript, Angular/ React, CSS, HTML, RESTful API, cross-browser
