Our Investment Banking client is seeking to hire an experienced Team Leader to join their Operations team in Dublin.

The key parts of the role will entail:

- Coaching and mentoring as well as leading from the front

- Management of the Client, Credit and Standard Settlement Instructions set-ups

- Management of the Governance process

- Managing the relationship with the trading floor

The ideal candidate will have:

• University degree
• 5+ Years of experience in an Operations Leadership Role

• Experience in the Payments space (IPS, SWIFT, etc.) is an asset, but not required
