Job Title: Global IT Infrastructure and Network Manager
Job Type: Full-time (100%)
Locations: Herisau (AR), Pfäffikon (ZH)

I am currently working with a global tech company providing innovative solutions in electrical and optical connectivity. With over 4000 employees worldwide, their IT department is crucial to their success. They're seeking a dynamic Global IT Infrastructure and Network Manager to join the team.

In this role you will lead and manage a team of infrastructure and network engineer across multiple locations. Ensure stability and optimal performances of IT infrastructure and network services. You responsibilities will include managing global, complex IT projects, as well as solve technical problems alongside the team.

Requirements:

• University/FH degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years leading international teams in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, network technologies, and security.
• In-depth knowledge of servers, virtual environments, cloud computing, and hybrid IT.
• Fluent in German and English (at least level C1).
