Job Title: EMEA Regional Tax Specialist
Key Responsibilities and Activities
The Tax Specialist will be part of the EMEA tax team and will work closely with the EMEA Legal Entities teams on Tax related matters consisting of but not limited to:
- Ongoing tax compliance fulfillments for the Italian legal entities (e.g. preparation of the direct tax computation and direct / indirect tax returns);
- Coordination of direct tax calculation process for the EMEA legal entities;
- Management of indirect tax compliance for the European legal entities (e.g. VAT fulfillments, Intrastat…);
- Analysis / management of the cross-border tax aspects involving the EMEA legal entities (e.g. withholding tax payments in case of cross border transactions);
- Research and study of the main news on the tax regulations involving / impacting on the EMEA Legal Entities;
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Business Administration/Law degree with focus in Tax Law
- Fluent in English
- Master in Tax Law is a plus
- Ability to use professional data-base (Fisconline, Ipsoa, Eutekne, IBFD)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (with specific focus on Excel)
- Ability to use SAP is a plus
