The client

They are seeking a talented and experienced Tableau Expert to join them on a freelance basis to enhance their data visualization and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to present data in a meaningful and visually appealing manner.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Tableau solutions.
- Data Integration: Connect Tableau to various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services, ensuring seamless data integration.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, ensuring quick load times and efficient data processing.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members and clients on Tableau best practices and usage.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Tableau dashboards, data models, and processes.
Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in French or Dutch, and English (both written and spoken).
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience as a Tableau Expert, with a strong portfolio of past Tableau projects.
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of SQL and other data manipulation languages.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar freelance role.
