We have partnered with an award winning manufacturing client in Germany to support them in delivering one of the worlds largest SuccessFactors implementation projects. My client are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant to support and advise on the introduction and configuration of the Learning (LMS) module across multiple countries. You will be responsible for:
- Process analysis and hands on consulting on SuccessFactors Learning Management System implementations
- Local stakeholder management and moderation of localization workshops
- Support in global rollout with providing implementation support and contributing to communication plans
You will have the opportunity to play an important part in a globally recognised transformation programme expected to run into 2024. The work can be delivered completely remotely and we have competitive rates on offer. Experience required:
- Experience working on complex SuccessFactors implementation projects
- Specific expertise in SuccessFactors LMS system and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German & English language skills
