We are currently looking for a Senior Manager - Distribution Strategy candidate with a strong knowledge in Health Distribution and Agency strategy. This role is a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement distribution processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective distribution of insurance products
• Manage the distribution team to ensure that distribution is done accurately and efficiently
• Ensure that distribution is handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor distribution trends and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• 8+years of experience in Distribution strategy in the Insurance industry
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and management skills
• Experienced in managing regional projects
