A leading insurer is looking for a Strategic Management Assistant Manager. Our client is looking for someone who is dynamic, proactive and with good stakeholder management skills. This role requires the incumbent to be heavily involved in business and cross functional interaction.

  • Deliver advisory project in capacity of driving delivery or modules across functions
  • Drive or support workstreams on strategic projects focused on medium-long term strategy and commit a fair share of time on Re-imagining the business
  • Develop/ support white papers on Market trends to suggest opportunities for the business
  • Develop and enhance Market and Competitor Intelligence through data driven insights
  • Be involved in Annual Business Plan

Who are we looking for:

  • Team player and ability to work in Individual capacity as business demands
  • Bachelor's degree is a minimum and Masters / MBA preferred
  • Effective storyboarding and storytelling abilities
  • Willingness to challenge status quo
  • 6+ years relevant experience in strategy or consulting domains, ideally financial services but open for other industry experience
  • Candidate with experience in consulting or strategy or functional domain preferred, but open to explore other skill sets
  • Inquisitiveness and quick to learn and absorb new concepts
  • Organised, ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and deal with changes in role expectations as we develop further
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally
