Title: Solutions Architect
Location: USA, fully remote (Must reside in USA)
Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $140-153k plus 10% Bonus & Benefits
Visa: Must be US Citizen or GC Holder (No current or future sponsorship can be provided)

As a Solutions Architect you will become an integral part of a dynamic, diverse team of Architects dedicated to fostering creativity and enhancing solutions design & effectiveness. You will assist in the strategic design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of both in-house & third-party software, with a commitment to enterprise systems integration. You will collaborate closely with data, infrastructure, and development stakeholders to ultimately develop solutions that align with strategic business goals and the company's overall vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans, executes, and manages the integration of new and existing application solutions using established methodologies such as Agile and Model-Driven techniques.
• Develops standards and processes to facilitate integration projects, drive automation, and manage vendor relationships.
• Develops process-centric offerings, introducing a business process and value-based approach to solutioning.
• Cultivates relationships with software development and engineering teams, understanding application architectures and required functionality.
• Defines solutions using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns, automating business process models, and incorporating cloud-based services.

Skills Needed:

• A comprehensive background (10+ years) in information systems development.
• Substantial experience in designing new systems or enhancements (7+ years).
• Proven track record of contributing to teams and projects across diverse technological and business landscapes.
• Proficiency in a broad spectrum of technologies, including but not limited to:
• Software Development (.NET/C#)
• API Management/Middleware/Integrations (Dell Boomi)
• Database (SQL Server/Oracle/Cloud)
• SOAP, REST
• ERP/CRM Implementations (IFS/Salesforce)
• Microservices
• CI/CD
• Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
