Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead (Hands-on)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote)
Type: FTE, Direct Hire
Total Compensation: up to $170,000k
As the ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your expertise in IT Service Management and (ideally) Strategic Portfolio Management will be crucial in optimizing processes and driving efficiency across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on, but not limited to ITSM and SPM.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow to align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize existing Module processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other business applications and systems.
- Configure ServiceNow modules to support various business processes.
Skills Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with ideally, a focus on ITSM and SPM.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration and configuration.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is highly desirable.
