ServiceNow Administrator
Key Points:
- Play a pivotal role in the roll-out, support and management of the ServiceNow platform
- Act as support across the different teams within the business
Client Details:
- Global, leading independent convenience retailer who are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to play an integral role within the business
Responsibilities:
- General Administration of the platform
- Customisation and configuration
- Design and configure new modules and applications
- Install and test updates and new releases
- Translate business requirements
- Work alongside business users to refine business requirements
- Implement new functionality
Profile:
- At least 2 years experience working as a ServiceNow Administrator
- CSA certified
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades
- Comfortable with handling customisations and configurations
- Experience in at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, Web Services
NOTE: This role requires you to go into the office at least 3 days a week
