IT Support Analyst - 6 Month contract - Inside IR35
We are working with a leading Financial Services business who are looking for multiple Service Desk Analyst to support their user base across the business.
You will be working in a team to remotely support over 1500 across the company
Role will require the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working out of a call queue or in a busy Service Desk environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced & customer centric environment
- Ability to quickly evaluate & resolve issues or escalate where appropriate
- Experience of supporting and a strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10,Citrix and VDI (Virtual Desktops)
- Any experience drafting IT Related support communications for an organisation will be advantageous.
Based out of their office in Leeds, this will initially be office based moving to a flexible home working approach in the future.
