Service Desk Analyst (1st line)
Currently one of our clients in Amsterdam is looking to expand one of their service desk teams. The client is a global player and has challenges finding a competent 1st line support team. You will be part of the Service Desk team, the IT Service Desk Analyst contributes to the provision of system support ensuring effective delivery to meet user needs in line with agreed procedures, service standards and SLAs.
Your main responsibility is to provide 1st line support to their costumers. You have good communication skills an you bring in basic skill in the following:
- Networking (Basic)
- Active Directory
- Ticketing systems (preferable Service Now)
