Senior Test Automation Engineer | Banking | Zurich | Digital Transformation Projects | 3 Days Home office

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Switzerland's leading retail banks in Zurich (3 days home office) who are expanding their testing team to support their multi-year digital transformation. This company put the customer at the centre of their decisions and are using cutting edge technologies to improve their customer offering.

In this role you will be heavily involved with Selenium and testing API (Karate API highly desired), generally development is done in Java. A successful candidate will get involved with developing new end-to-end test automation cases and improve existing automation solutions. Part of your role will include the chance to POCs and have a greater influence over decisions amongst the team and automation strategy. Candidates will have a minimum of 4 years test automation experience.

The team are working in an agile methodology and are constantly aiming to improve their processes. Teams generally work in agile SCRUM squads of 5-7 and work cross-collaboratively with another team, no more than 10-14 people in a room. This will be a reasonably fast paced environment so candidates must be willing to contribute their ideas and contribute to their direction of automation.
