Senior Technical lead Mainframe - The job:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team working on the IBM AS400 platform.
• Assess and enhance the technical skills of developers in COBOL, Confluence, DB2, EGL, Jira, Mainframe, Microsoft O365, and SNOW.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical insights.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical processes, workflows, and codebase.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development and implementation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies that could enhance our development processes.

Senior Technical lead Mainframe - The Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies, with a focus on the IBM AS400 platform.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
